I am not to worried about that ... YET ... I do know several of these companies are tied to political high flyers in the state... Even Govenor Mead's wife owns one in Cheyenne along with her family's massive Ranch South of Laramie...
It could be an issue though if this was not a politically motivated choice as Wyoming did have several shell companies noted in the Panama Papers... Mainly because you can register a corporation in Wyoming and leave the owner's name portion blank.. or fill it in Scrooge McDuck if you so desire...
