It's up to the companies management to enforce policies that prevent staff from smoking outside the front door of a so-called healthcare business.

It's done all the time by non-healthcare companies and should be done at PAO clinics too.

Goodluck trying to get elite non smokers for positions such as clerical at the median pay scale!!
