I'll agree that he's greedy. As is probably most of us that are investing in penny stocks instead of blue chip stocks.

But I'd like to know if TXHD's management was also management of Firstwave Technologies.

If they had nothing to do with the 2001 reverse split, then why does it matter?

And I'm assuming the 2013 RS happened when the company changed hands.

I'm not letting WAIS off the hook. But it appears correlating the 2001 and 2013 reverse splits and trying to automatically say it's gonna happen again based on those 2 scenarios is possibly unrelated and a stretch.

Like I said before though, the RS talk is keeping the board active. So knock yourself out. It just drives me nuts seeing a RS from 16 years ago under a completely different company used as logic for something going on today.
