M is an abbreviation for 1,000. MM is an abbreviation for 1 million. Gas is measured in cubic feet. CFD stands for cubic feet per day.

Ex. 1,500MCFD is the same as 1.5MMCFD equals 1,500,000 cubic feet per day.

Sometimes they slip an S in there which is short for "standard".

It takes approximately 6MCF to equal the energy equivalent of a barrel of oil. This is called BOE or barrel oil equivalent.

As for Fraser, did you read the SEC complaint? Some of his picks go up initially. His promotions are organized in phases. Presumably he gets in at the beginning. Then he shares the idea with his subscribers. Then finally, he sends out thousands upon thousands of advertorial pieces to people on marketing lists. Sometimes there are several rounds of these mailers. So if you're in toward the beginning, it's conceivable that you might be able to sell to the losers at the end of the line. But the vast majority of his picks fail badly over the long haul. This shouldn't be a surprise. Most of these companies have very little in the way of assets or cash, yet they or the insiders behind them are willing to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to promote the stocks.

Welcome to the seamy underworld of stock promotion.
