The 2 hour RUT target is the 10EMA now at 1413.70..

The Daily RUT target is currently the 20MA now at 1393.78...but it looks like the signal will be negated at the open tomorrow unless we have a good sized down opening..We are just above the 10EMA which could act as Support in any case.The daily chart indicators are mostly OB so maybe just a bounce before more down????
