They cancelled for a couple of reasons but the main was they didn't like the share price under .02, and shareholders would be almost wiped out. They hired a few pump and dump co. or promoters to get the stock moving which it did from under .02 to above .08. They thought it would move higher and have been upset with share price. They have to meet shareholders tomorrow who bought after reverse from $4.40 to todays prices. Very humiliating to them, but mgt got greedy selling out to hard money lenders. Nice trade coming up when reverse happens and we can short the crap out of it to hopefully again to todays prices.
