As per Gene Quinn's article wouldn't it be better for WDDD to go into court after the June's SCOTUS decision as opposed to a Dec hearing in Boston? What's 6-9 months delay after all this time if it may insure a much stronger case for going after others that have been infringing.... it may encourage the " others" to settle more quickly and saving the expend of court battles. What do you all think?
