Agreed. Possible repeal of Dodd-Frank ,however, some of this has already passed the house. More likely, tax reform will be the catalyst. If not, maybe a huge buyback if permitted. If not, will use the money elsewhere, but where is a issue with these high prices. BAC is a screaming BUY as it has all solid fundamentals, and a very promising future. Stuck in the "cheap channel" at present, and being kept there!
Increasing UPTICK RULE to maybe .15-.18, or a tax on more than a certain number or shares traded in same equity?? Hedgies and big holdings house making a fortune off the ".03 rebate" per share, per trade. They will be on the golf course after lunch tomorrow as they've met the daily $$$$$$$$ quota for their books.
