ALL- a few things to point out as a result of some filings today

If we go back a bit there wasa filing re: Insurance Advance payment or reimbursement for legal fees incurred by Bob at least (I'd have to re-read if it covers the BOD as well)

Also if you are holding onto your shares we have a vote coming up so stay focused and make an informed decision.

If you feel you need to part with your shares know there is someone(S) out there ready to buy them up each and every day and you have to imagine there is a reason why that is and I personally dont think it's to be charitable
