SPY was ready at 10:30 Tracking stocks are a bit different. Once the PPO Blue Line attached to the Bottom of the FullSTO at the Bottom, Look at ADX2 and if the +DI has crossed the -DI and the CCI20 has crossed the -100 line its good to go. There are many other Indicators need to do this correctly, So follow this abbreviated chart knowing that it only have a few the Necessary Indicators.
