They are reducing a already small float by like 30%.....where are people going to buy shares!!!!!!!

the Company has filed an amendment of the articles of incorporation, with the board
of director’s approval, with the Secretary of State of Nevada to reduce its total authorized shares
of common stock from 2,500,000 to 1,000,000. Mr. Ortiz Morentin stated “I can see no reason to
support a dilution event for Toron shareholders”.
