Stox backing your opinion is useless to 'some' here and most here do not do so. I for one agree with you and remember all the things you mentioned because most of us longs are here for exactly that reason. We all have been patient and deserve to be paid. I just don't get why we have not been paid as of yet considering JPM has settled with Lehman. Now that they have no further litigation with Lehman are we not prioritized as a fiduciary responsibility? How much longer must we wait considering CTs were never part of the BK?
