I'm not the smartest guy in the room here and don't claim to be.
I'm absolutely not a basher I have tried to defend this thing the best I can and I own a considerable amount of shares here.
Comparably With the little bit of business I do conduct... here's my take:
In the State I live in If I take a vehicle title down to the DMV, hand it to a seasoned employee at the counter and my company name is XYZ INC. and I write XYZ GROUP INC. on the transfer they will hand it back to me and say...that's a do over! They won't even process it until it's corrected. On the contrary If I sell a vehicle and I sign a title that is recorded as XYZ Group INC and my company name is XYZ INC. they won't transfer that title Period! or at least they better not because it would be on that clerks hands as a bad transfer.
So..... we as investors are trading paper on Oceanic Research & Recovery INC that's not a rumor it's a fact and has been backed up by Janice "excellent DD artist by the way" .If McCusker Holdings has Merged into Oceanic Research & Recovery Group INC. technically and legally we don't own anything associated with Oceanic Research & Recovery Group INC. or McCusker Holdings at this point! Oceanic Research & Recovery INC is still just a shell.
Just like the above example If I (XYZ INC) sign the title for XYZ Group INC and it transfers....in a court of law the person that took possession of that vehicle does not own it! XYZ Group INC does!!
This is not rocket science it's just plain old business law 101.
We need a correction or a really good explanation of what has transpired with this transaction that is related to the documents posted recently. A move past .001 will be difficult to make and or sustain until this is addressed.
It's a technicality at this point in time, so trade on with caution is my view!
This is all just my humble opinion so up to the individual on how they read the docs.
PLEASE do your own DD don't rely on anyone else, this is meant to point people in a direction to establish your own result and opinion.
