Fluff is one thing and another is to tell people updates to what the company is implementing. There has been no word for months. Try contacting don and you get BS blurb of the can't answer any questions because it's all confidential, I own part of the company.

The question I asked was why isn't the name change in effect yet? It's been way more than 60 days. He quoted me 60 days at the very beginning in email form. This might be something I will bring to my attorney but I don't want to screw the company and its shareholders, it's bs to misrepresent the number of days that it will take to switch over if he doesn't actually know. I could've sold higher but I kept my shares double what they are worth now basing it on the fact that 60 days was their launch of the new name... now who do I believe?
