That is the whole thing. You cant have that many people on the ask, with no bid and something not in the works. If not, this is the weirdest thing I have seen in 15 years.

I made a phone call to a friend and he told me, in his experience, if the company is in the process of changing stock symbols they cannot trade until all is wrapped up. He said the reason is you have some people buying this symbol, then the original symbol, etc. So they just stop it, make conversions.

That being said, he did say that doesn't mean it could go south. So something is up, just he couldn't say or doesn't know.
