You'll never keep TTCM down, they don't have employees at this stage because they don't need them. What they need is contracts. Once contracts are in hand they can BUILD the team to build and deploy the app. The app can easily be ported to multiple platforms as per the concern about it being smartphone based.

As per the 2.3 mil lawsuit that's chump change compared to the potential of this ticker. 1) it will never be enforced 2) even if it was that's not enough of a hit to stop this co. Leonard and co. will find a way, they always do.
