I have no clue as why this stock hasn't moved unless it's being played. It almost looks like the chart is being painted. I don't have Level II access so i can't confirm it but from what i have seen watching during the day it moves down early on in the day on low volume, then it stablizes all day on heavier volume without moving up or down. Then it moves back down on low volume EOD. I have seen it move down .01 on less than 50,000 shares last week. I have seen it take over 1 mil to bring it back up.
Even news last week couldn't move it up.

More news expected early this week as per PR above. Have to wait and see what happens this time.
M/F - Something is amiss here. How could money flow continue into the stock while the pps progresses downward. This is one reason I suspect the chart is being painted.
RSI - So undersold I don't think it can go any lower without finding it's way to china.
A/D - Second reason I think the chart is being painted. How does it continue up with no sign of weakness while the pps continues to drop.
Stochs - Irrelevent at this point.
Macd - Looking like it wants to go down more. Although an up day on decent volume could cross it over without any problem.
If anyone can tell me how M/F and A/D continue to rise on a declining pps I sure would like to know. TIA.
