Just bought another 30k @ .0300 I wasn't planning on going that high...but I really think it is a now or never chance.
This morning I leaned that PEIX posted on June 2nd a Securities Registration Statement for offering $175.000.000 worth of common shares.

There can be a lot of reasons for them to do so...but I can't help thinking it might have anything to do with the settlement. It has been a long time since their last offering. Most have been to bring debt to zero. They don't seem to need the money at the moment. It could be for a takeover. But they used to just post a PR when an offering was in the make. There hasn't been any yet...could it be they are waiting for the settlement to be announced?

I just can say, I hope I'm right! It might drop my peix shares, but I think GERS will make up for it!
