SLJB is planning to file a form 10, not 10K if you have done some DD. Form 10 is registration of securities with NASDAQ which runs OTC BB. They will also provide multiple copies of audited financials (they do not have to be 10K SEC filings)for the OTC BB uplisting from my exetensive research.
