SEATTLE, WA--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 15, 2006 -- ReelTime Rentals, Inc., http://www.reeltimetv.net (Other OTC:RLTR.PK - News), the first broadband network offering a true full screen, DVD quality, "point, click and watch" online television experience, announced today the Company passed the necessary board resolution to significantly reduce its authorized shares, from 500,000,000 to 150,000,000, a reduction of 350,000,000 shares, effective immediately.
