A RM costs a company between about $250,000 to $450,00. Can be less and can be a lot higher but as a general rule these companies are already established and tend to be worth AT LEAST A FEW MILLION DOLLARS before even considering going public. Sometimes a company is worth MUCH more than the share structure of their new "shell". Obviously that's not always true but as a general rule you don't see a small company worth under a million dollars desiring to go public. Our current market cap is STILL UNDER A MILLION DOLLARS! That's VERY exciting considering our situation with Berkshire!!! How many times has a clean shell like this made investors millionaires? MANY times! It's risky but the rewards can be TREMENDOUS! CRTC is just now catching the attention of the market and the next few weeks may be VERY interesting, volatile and profitable for investors that are "paying attention". (Expect a few "baaaashers" to show up soon trying to cover or buy in lower)
Good luck to all and I hope the ones that have been here a while do well!
...and BTW we're near the top of the breakout boards which many people monitor to find new investments...
