Activity since August 2016,supports the likely hood of a deal in place for Libigel. If, as reported in their media releases, Ani has not presented at an investor conferences in over a year, it indicates that Przybyl's hands are somewhat tied in marketing the company. He appears to have been limited to post earnings teleconferences and regular business announcements (e.g product launches etc...).

If this is the case, then the deal involving Libigel will most likely involve the partner, probably Abbvie, taking a stake in ANI.
