OMG!!!! PLEASE: LET NOT TWISTED THE STORY AGAIN. THE COMPANY STATED VERY CLEARLY THEY STILL WAITING FOR THIRD PARTY DOCUMENTATION IN ORDER TO PREPARE A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE FORM 10-Q

VIVA ENTERTAINMENT GROUP INC. (the “Company”) is still waiting for third party documentation in order to prepare a complete and accurate Form 10-Q. The Company has been unable to receive this data in a timely manner without unreasonable effort and expenses. For the foregoing reason, the Company requires additional time in order to prepare and file its annual report on Form 10-Q for the period ended April 30, 2017.

THEY STILL IN THE DEVELOPMENT STAGE SO NO ONE IS EXPECTING ANY REVENUE COMING FROM THIS QUARTER.

The Company does not expect significant changes in its results from operations and earnings from the corresponding period ended April 30, 2016.
