PreObama era Patent 18-24months, now more like 3-4yrs,, PTMO,was one of gems in DC gov that actually generated Revs as part of America's Manufacturing Legacy. Guess where the revs were diverted too. Hint: it wasn't to expand the office or it's administration employees as well as it could have. Instead they cut the Engineering reaserch back, as part of hatrid towards American Engineering Leadership and Innovation, but kept the cash retrieving extorsion arm intact. Of course Obamie would have you believe it was made better, like the ACA bill. Still, patent will eventually come, but meantime get the FIN's done. The whole World is watching for the "Stellar-Seatbelt" News! Maybe even the Don will go live to announce it.
