- Closed above 20 day trendline
- RSI moving upward
- MACD about to cross over to bullish
- Stocastics spiking
- Volume increasing
I have deep feeling this issue from Etrade is what has been keeping this stock from rallying. I can imagine how many new investors wanted to grab some shares and got an error on Etrade, and didnt know they could just call in order by phone. Most retail traders use Etrade.
But if more can learn they can just call in orders we could see new buyers step in here now, and set the stage for this to rally.
Break .018 we could run to test that recent high around .022
