Before that, this was not the case. If you look at the filings you will see this, and if you look at some of the previous 8ks, you will see that they are not about the issuance of shares, they are about something positive. It is only since the end of last year that shares started to be issued. And they are seemingly for notes that aren't due for quite a while.
Is there something that EXOL is gearing up for? Did management make some sort of decision to clear debt no matter what? An update, or more details from investors relations would be extremely helpful.
EXOL's pps should not be at these levels. Even with the recent continued issuance of shares.
