No, the ARIOQ common shares have been cancelled. The Plan was approved and the case closed.

The ticker, however, has not. They are not the same thing, and no one should in any way assume they are.

The ticker is trading absolutely nothing but air. And, at some point, the ticker will also be cancelled and deleted.
