Here was my follow up question:

That makes sense since the terms of the deal with BMY was apparently negotiated from a point of weakness - as per no cash upfront etc

So is the EU submission for AXAL mono therapy or AXAL Dual? Point being the only interested party for a distribution deal would be BMY for AXAL mono at this point as they have the inside track with dual. No other BP Will want AXAL mono cervical if dual is coming around the corner. This also has ADXS with there backs against the wall from a deal making point.
