Well, none of that was correct.

TMM did have ulterior motives in their frivilous lawsuit. The were 100% aware that DFI was an empty shell and that Simpson and Haskins had no rights to the software. The lawsuit against Dimension was only to stop Panik from challenging their possession of stolen property. All proven already.

Willful use of improper processes? Oh heck yes. More than you can count for unnecessary motions running up the costs and then just dropping the entire lawsuit out of the blue saying they no longer were interested in using the codec. Well guess what, they already said that in the PR done BEFORE the lawsuit!

Damages to Dimension. You have no idea what proof Dimension already submitted with confidential details from other companies proving the damages. I have heard the documentation and proof on this is substantial.

TMM has NO CHANCE!
