I seriously doubt they have any "property" of significant value in TX. I'm not sure that statute applies.

But we'll see how yet another lawsuit turns out in the stellar career of Alonzo Pierce. I wonder if Huffman will be retained to provide insight. If so, I bet it will be a sweet reunion between those two.
