I agree that IR or the attorney are valuable resources, if you can get a reply...
If I'm the lawyer I'm not about to reply to inquiries from message board posters if I can charge $350-500/hr to clients. It seems the amended report = amended letter. There were 6 days in between the previous report then amended letter so I'm hopeful it will be submitted again soon.
Bumps in the road have certainly been nagging but I appreciate their constant follow-up.
