It is ludicrous to re-enter into this stock AT ANY PRICE with the status quo, imho.

Any money made from product...

Michie can now pay himself/others any salary/wage he chooses and not be held accountable.

Maybe he already has been doing this for some time.

No filings mean the cookie monster(s) can raid the cookie jar.

The company is in the "imaginary" dark.

No filing has ever taken place to file to "go dark".
