With today's possible, and probable rate hike this Stock should be spiking. Nope! PPS being "driven" down to control more shares!! More shares= more rebate(kickback) $$$$$$ per share per trade regardless of direction!!This is exactly WHY this Stock PPS is controlled. Good strong fundamentals makes it very predictable. So , one must play it or get out!
