Every stock including the largest company in the world trades on forward looking statements. When earnings comes out the stock moves like crazy. what happens next and the more important issue is whats called guidance, and that is very forward looking.

I'm not sure what the problem someone has with forward looking statements. Everything Bishop has stated so far has come true. The issue surrounding debt and the revenue agreement with Riveria Studios will be out as promised down the road too.
