So is CHIF to become a shell company again?

According to this:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=CHIF&id=166692

it was a shell until they acquired Naomi Village Resort on Feb. 16, 2017 which resulted in an asset and revenue. However, word has it that it was actioned off on May 24, 2017 and his wife (Red Mansion, LLC) no longer owns it. So I don't see how CHIF could either. But was the winning bidder ASSOCIATED, in some way, with CHIF?

Anyone know or will we have to wait until the next corporate update here? Or will we EVER know?

Just wondering.
