Selling this close to a major conference makes absolutely no sense at all..they aren't meeting with 2-3 people for coffee. It's a 1000+ people event with very significant players in attendance. I highly doubt they had all these people making travel and stay arrangements to simply say. Hi everyone, thanks for coming. we tried to go public but we were denied.
