I was not talking about a private company, I was talking about an OTC company reverse merging into a NASDAQ company - two public companies, reverse merging simply to uplist. I don't think you will find such a case, anywhere. However, a Nasdaq company could buy an OTC company. That's a buyout, not a reverse merger.
