What about the LAND? WHO is going to own the land? I'm thinking some of the verbiage in the 8k legally needed to be included in there and doesn't mean it's GOING to happen. Words such as 'MAY' for instance. Just because they are a minority owner doesn't mean they can't make a lot of money.

IF the refinery does get built, this stock will for sure be worth more than a penny a share I can almost guarantee you that.

Worth holding at this point.
