If you look closely the latest 6/12/17 doc has the same case number as your uploaded NVSOS "Clark county court attachment" Case # A 16-740323-P

My wife was a clerk of court here for 10 years where we live and I do have to say when an attorney would submit sloppy entries like that it gave her a little satisfaction to stick the wise cracker attorney from time to time, she would docket things and let them squirm later down the road.

If it was someone she liked or enjoyed working with she would give them the heads up.

Believe it or not the clerks here at least are trained to do a little DD and compare things before entry, some do and some just don't care.
