I'll check with my resources tomorrow, but I think mud based drilling is still north of 40. If they are water based drilling yes for sure 30 or maybe even less. But most water based drilling are shallow vertical wells. Which don't produce like horizontal wells. They don't do much water based drilling in the Permian. Mostly because there is a lot of H2s in that oil and mud helps hold that back or limits better then water base
