If there is anyone that thinks that this refinery is only going to be processing 10k Barrels per day I'd have to say "check that" I do realize the initial start up is to process 10k but if you know anything about that region there is 10 times that amount sitting in tank batteries alone, not to mention what's currently being drilled. Hell WEST TEXAS CRUDE, has its own stock ticker for Pete sake. This refinery will be ginormous. Unfortunately mmex won't own it at that point. So it's probably a mute point issue at this point.
