It will get bought, I've been involved with so many things in this region and they always get bought before the build is even completed. I say "so many" but in reality it's been 4 projects. 2 were bought by Oxy Chem , 1 Shell and 1 ConocoPhillips. Again Ft Stockton is basically a 2 light town. If you live in the rural 2 light town you work for one of those 3 companies or at the grocery store, local hotel. Tons of oil field traffic through that town..This refinery will have a different name on it before it receives even one barrel of oil. Trust me on this
