This is my very 1st post ever on IHUB, love the blogs guys thanks for talks insight on markets and stocks. Sadly I've spent a ton of time out in the Ft Stockton /Pecos area. There is no way this refinery doesn't get bought buy Oxy, Shell, or ConocoPhillips. They own every thing in that region. Mark my words this will get built and bought. With that said, will that make the stock price run or tank?
