When they try to trick you, by irresponsibly saying that they will put two manufacturing facilities into one, what they really mean to say: Is that they are now FORCED TO SHUT DOWN one of their two remaining facilities. Because they have lost the business needed in order to sustain the two facilities at the same time. And that they are GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! But don't worry. They will paint a beautiful fake picture, just to keep you amused.
But what else would you expect them to say? These guys have to pretend to put on a big show in order to trick everyone, just like always. Everything is just the same, and getting worse. As the size is always shrinking, right along with the revenues.
There is no way that they can sustain the revenues and higher margins needed to survive. The only way they will be able to go forward is through a constant flow of Dilutive Equity Financings.
They now have six weeks to find another sucker to put together another Dilutive Equity Finance Package. Before the 1st Quarter exposes itself, and unwinds every lie and trick that they have said and done so far. And the door on all of that is quickly closing.
