Even if there were 5 billion outstanding now (which there isn't), the company is still undervalued. To me...it makes sense it's worth $5 million MINIMUM within the next few years. 5,000,000 / 5,000,000,000 outstanding = $.001.
There you go...undervalued by 42% right now even if you somehow wanted to believe the CEO would be stupid enough to dilute all 5 billion at once.
It comes down to if you believe the company is a scam or not. I don't. So like others, I will probably wait it out, ignore the scare and pump tactics here, and nibble on some more for the long term.
I love the risk/reward on this one.
