purchase of California Recycles, Inc..

*** $720K was raised financing to assist the growth of 4service cloud

*** Big gov.contracts (E-waste/IT-cloud computing)

*** Co.invested over $400K in infrastructure costs
to support a new contract for another division of an existing customer
for the cloud computing division of Crednology

$$$...projected $5M EBITDA in 2yrs.
