the co has 89K in short term debt... most likely converted by now.. as it means a few 30-40mils added.. and these brilliant people talk about RS and BK and death spirals..


ohh well they are about to get dizzy here that's for sure with an

OA of 250'sih millions...


that's about 60/max 80 mils to be traded to reach penny mark IMO..

You know very well this was a otcQX not till log ago.. and InsiderFinancial initiated coverage on them after the bounce run in march..
