That OS number is misleading, that's before insiders convert their wads of shares..

This will have massive amounts of shares outstanding in the future, no doubt... not only are the insiders going to convert and wipe everybody out soon. They're likely going to do more buddy to buddy deals that never return any value to the shareholders. Remember how dilutive the last ones were?

The key is selling before all these negative events hit.. if you get any type of an uptrend, take advantage of it, because it won't be long before its hitting new all-time lows again.
