It closed positive 12.63% GREEN...not RED... Please reference the chart I just posted. This will form a cup and handle formation before breaking out. If you don't have the patience, then sell and move on. Yes it is disappointing that MMEX will not be the majority owner of the refinery, but this is the reality of what you get in OTC. As of right now, there will be ZERO dilution for 24 months. THAT'S 2 YEARS! This refinery is in fact going to get built and MMEX will own a portion of it.
