maybe ACI is also a scam? professional scammer can go to great length to make it look legit. if you listen to the news every day you will hear one once in a while that will get busted for fraud stock and stuff in the market. They can literately create a company out of no where and enter the stock market and make money and stuff like that its nothing to them. If you go to SEC website they have a lot of company on their list being investigated or already been found guilty of fraud and those investigation are up to date.
